Dogfish Head, Victory, Stone Saison du Buff

A Collaboration from Dogfish Head, Victory and Stone Brewery. In case you don't know the name "BUFF" stands for Brewers United for Freedom of Flavors. Saison Du Buff is a 6% Alc Saison brewed with parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme.  This beer will be brew three times, once at each brewery using the same recipe.

DOGFISH HEAD 75 MIN. IPA

Blend two dogfish head favorites, add maple syrup and carbonate the mixture naturally. That's a Dogfish head 75 Minute IPA.  Always available at the dogfish brewbub, finally available to retail stores.

Bell's HOPSLAM Ale

Starting with six different hop varietals added to the brew kettle & culminating with a massive dry-hop addition of Simcoe hops, Bell's Hopslam Ale possesses the most complex hopping schedule in the Bell's repetoire. Selected specifically because of their aromatic qualities, these Pacific Northwest varieties contribute a pungent blend of grapefruit, stone fruit, and floral notes. A generous malt bill and a solid dollop of honey provide just enough body to keep the balance in check, resulting in a remarkably drinkable rendition of the Double India Pale Ale style.
